Beautiful Girls to Ladies
Fridays | 7:00PM
Focusing on the positive development of young girls to powerful women in the community. This program has little to do with lipstick and expensive wardrobe. We focus on positive, healthy lifestyles and relationships. Monthly topics with various facilitators includes:
- Religion, Culture & Racism.
- Self-esteem and leadership capacity among females.
- Academic, career and entrepreneurship.
- Build confidence, resiliency and self reliance
- Annual workshops/weekend adventure
Dancercise
Mondays and Thursdays weekly | 7:30PM
- Have fun through dance.
- Dancercise is a combination of exercise and dancing for mental ease.
- Helps to uplift emotions,
- Increase agility and coordination.
Boys to Men
Saturdays | 12 noon – 1 PM
Wednesdays | 7:00PM-8:00PM
Round table discussions with male leaders, mentors and entrepreneurs with a mission to building a community of positive role models.
